Bituminous primer in quick drying pure organic solvent, particularly indicated for the preparation of application surfaces for heat activated & self-adhesive membranes. Particularly suitable also for those applications using cold bond adhesive systems, when compared to normal bituminous primers as the product has a higher elasticity and improved adhesion to the surface.
Bituminous water based primer which helps block dust and reduces concrete porosity. The product provides good adhesion, penetration of the substrate and above all that it is formulated with water, therefore it is not flammable and is not dangerous to use. The product is odorless.
Primer Epox is an epoxy resin-based product and a polyamide hardener, noncorrosive and free of volatile solvents. Primer Epox is indicated for the waterproofing of cement substrates, even very damp ones, and for the superficial consolidation of inconsistent substrates and/or with poor mechanical properties. Some application examples: vapor barrier before applying traditional waterproof coatings (ex. bituminous membranes.) Surface consolidating the mechanically weak cement screeds lacking binders or insufficient curing, even heating.
Solvent-based quick-drying synthetic primer for concrete and metal surfaces. PRIMER SINT is used on concrete structures to prepare a good anchorage for polymer-bitumen membranes. In particular, the application of selfadhesive polymer bitumen membranes requires a product that, in addition to blocking the dust, increase adherence to support. It blocks the effects of dust providing an excellent adhesion to the support and - compared to standard primers - provides a better grip on the support itself and on polymer-bitumen membranes, a very quick drying film and a better elasticity. PRIMER SINT is employed on concrete viaducts and bridges, metal surfaces, before the application of polymerbitumen membranes. The dried film has an excellent elasticity and adhesion to the support and - compared to common bituminous primers - gives much better results even at very low temperatures (less than +10°C). Moreover, it dries in a few minutes, considerably reducing waiting time before the application of polymer-bitumen membranes.
Styrene-acrylic resin solution in water emulsion. The product is characterized by a blue coloring, quick drying of the film, excellent penetration, adhesion to the substrate and absence of surface stickiness. PRIMERGUM is used to glue to the substrate the non-woven synthetic fiber fabric ARMO 100, used as a reinforcement when waterproofing with IDROGUM o FYBRO HP. PRIMERGUM can be used as fixative to the substrate without the use of mesh for very irregular surfaces which do not require the application of a reinforcement.
